trying to forward email but dont want to forward spam how?

I want to forward email but want to filter it first. I have norton antispam.
I cant create a rule to forward only that email that is not sent to Norton
Antispam. Is there a way? thanks

Meaning, you want to use a rule to autoforward any mail that is *not* in
your Norton spam folder?
What version of Outlook and what kind of mail account(s) do you use? (always
post that info in here)
