Issue: Need a way to automatically forward emailed server reports with Outlook 10 to our ticketing system which is CA Service Desk. It requires certain formatting in the email in order to populate the correct fields in the ticket.
I need to be able to create a rule that will forward these reports as an attachment but also use a specific message in order to add the required format in the body of the message. The only rules I see are "Have server reply with specific message" which does not work.
I created Quick Steps so I can manually forward with the appropriate formatting but those cannot be automated like rules.
Suggestions? Thank you!!
