trouble with setup (POP3 and STMP)

go to your mail providers web site and look up the settings for your Mail
client. pop3 receives the mail, smtp sends mail it is on the severs page
enter it as pop3.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx and smtp.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx note you have it as
STMP which is wrong

i'm trying to setup my email, but i dont know what it means by POP3 and
STMP. and also i want either one of my yahoos or hotmail addresses to come
to outlook. Can someone help me plzzzzzz?????

Did you mean Outlook, or Vista's Windows Mail?
If your only email accounts are the free Hotmail and Yahoo type,
those cannot be used with Windows Mail.
Use your web browser and go to yahoo.ca and msn.ca.

how do we know who our "provider" IS if I just started wirelessly with a
router across the hall?

how do we find our providers when kids gave me anew computer and i bought a
wireless thing y to pick up signal from across the hall. Elaborate please

If you want to ask about Outlook, try one of the newsgroups meant for
Outlook, such as:

microsoft.public.outlook.general
