"POP3" and "SMTP" are not correct server names, they are email protocols.

Your email account provider should have the correct server names & settings
on their website.
If you tell us who provides your email account, perhaps someone can help.

You will have to contact Greenbuttoninc.com for the necessary settings.
I can't find anything about an email server there.

Hi, mason426.

As Dave N9 said, POP3 and SMTP are not server names, but many servers use
them as a PART of their name. For example, the MSN mail servers are
pop3.live.com and smtp.live.com. But my ISP's mail servers use
mail.grandecom.net for both sending and receiving.

You'll need to contact whoever you send your monthly check to, probably, to
learn the correct settings for YOUR servers. (Since you posted via the
browser interface, we can't even see the name of your server - the part of
your address after the "@" symbol.)

Greenbuttoninc.com is not your ISP. As such, your home ISP will block
your use of any port 25 SMTP server other than their own.
For an explanation of this anti-spamming policy, see
http://www.postcastserver.com/help/Port_25_Blocking.aspx

Are you sending from home? If so, who is your ISP?
The available workarounds for your issue are as follows:

1. Use webmail for sending (via your browser).
2. Ask the host for greenbuttoninc.com if they have a port other than '25' for SMTP.
3. You can substitute the SMTP server belonging to your ISP. This is a bit
tricky, but if you want to go that route, I can provide more details.
