trouble migrating outlook 2003 to vista

trouble migrating outlook 2003 from xp to vista format - any one run across
this error? How did you fix it.Tried reinstalling. Tried opening the email
accounts but just get an error message that it can't be done.

Please specify *exactly* what you are doing, and what error messages you
receive. "Can't be done" is not an error message I recognize.
