Migrating from Windows Mail to Windows Live Mail or Outlook 2007

Steve

I am thinking of migrating from Windows Mail to Windows Live Mail or even
Outlook 2007 as my main (only) Email and ??News?? client.

I am using Vista Home Premium 64bit OS. Before going to Vista I was using
Outlook express.

Could somebody point me to:

a) an objective comparison of the features and futures of these products.

b) a good tutorial of migrating all my old emails, contacts, accounts etc.
from Mail to Live Mail. or Outlook 2007.

Any comments???

Thanks

As far as I know, there is no comparison between Windows Live Mail
and Outlook. They serve different markets, with Outlook usually
found in a business environment.

The best way to find out how Windows Live Mail differs from
Windows Mail is to try it out. Windows Live Mail will automatically
import all your Windows Mail stuff. If it turns out you don't like it,
just uninstall.

In addition to what PA Bear stated re no newsreader in Outlook 2007, he is
right but you can use a link in Outlook which opens Windows Mail which can
then be the default newsreader.

BTW, it is a better newsreader than Windows Live Mail..
