Trouble installing SP2

I start the install for SP2 and it gets about half way and then pops up with
a window that says "Service Pack 2 Setup...Access is denied." The only
option is to click ok and then it uninstalls SP2. I have administrative
rights and I have installed it successfully on other machines. Does anyone
have any suggestions?

Have you checked for viruses and spyware?

I had already checked for viruses and spyware and it didn't fix it. Also, I
did as you outlined with your checklist and the same thing still happened.
Anything else?
