I have Trojan Horse Downloader.Keenval.B found in C:\System Volum

Information\_restore {B762F5BE-1DFD-40DA-9793-F321C2185D05}\RP267\A0035059.ex

I don't know how to get rid of it! i ran AVG for windows and it put it in the vault, so i deleted it and it still pops up, and AVG says no virus' found. what do i do?

You have to turn off system restore to flush the trojan.
Once you've done that, performed a scan and it's Ok, turn on system
restore and create a restore point.
