Trojan horse downloader.Swizzor.N

I recently ran AVG and it found a Trojan horse downloader.swizzor.N in file C:\PROGRA~1/SITEBA~1\xrtrliqu.exe. How serious is this and how do I remove it.. Thanks..

Hi,

All trojan's are serious. Fortunately, you can usually resolve it by
restarting the system in Safe mode (hit F8 at boot), then delete the
infecting file. Start/run regedit, remove the line that loads it in the run
key, usually:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Then restart normally.
