Hi,
All trojan's are serious. Fortunately, you can usually resolve it by
restarting the system in Safe mode (hit F8 at boot), then delete the
infecting file. Start/run regedit, remove the line that loads it in the run
key, usually:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Then restart normally.
