Trojan horse Downloader.Dyfica.T

Hi

My anti-virus program AVG 6.0 locates a trojan horse virus called
Downloader.Dyfica.T. However it fails to remove it or quarentine it on
system scans. The file is located in a directory where I do not have
access, so I can't simply delete it manually.

I have used both Norton antivirus and Panda Antivirus Platinum, but they do
not even locate the virus.

Anyone have an idea what to do???

Regards...

and which directory would that be?

i'm suspecting it's a directory that has something to do with system
restore (it'll start out with 'system volume information' if your on
xp)... if so you can get rid of it by purging your restore points...
turn system restore off and then reboot the computer... after, if you
want system restore back on, turn it on and reboot the computer...
