trojan clicker

Can anyone tell me when I find the Trojan clicker virus do I just delete
them. I have a number of them in files like restore and windows\system 32
etc,etc

Turn off system restore.
http://www.pchell.com/virus/systemrestore.shtml
run a full virus check. let your AV delete any viruses found. then,
Reboot the computer
Turn ON system restore and set a new restore point.
