translation module

On my Google homepage, under the tools tab, there is a translation
function that used to allow me to translate Russian sites into
English. Nowe,however, when I click on translate, I get a message
telling me I must register this "try &buy" version on the startup
page. There is not a registration opton, and I don't even know wehat
startup page is being refgerred to. Dopes anyone know anything about
this translation module and where I can get it?

There are no tabs on a Google page unless you have a tabbed browser.
What there is IS a link to language tools where you can translate.
