transferring slideshow to webpage

A co-worker of mine was asked to create a slideshow on our company webpage.
We are uncertain of how to do this, but we were entertaining the idea of
creating a slide show in Powerpoint and somehow transferring that to the
webpage. Is this possible, and if so, how?

You can create your presentation in PowerPoint, and then save you
presentation as a web page. Not knowing which version of PowerPoint your
using here are a couple of things to look at.
