Transfering files from Drive C to Drive D

My Sister-In-Law hadher computer upgraded and an additional hard drive
installed. her old hard drive, drive C has Win 98 and all her files, the new
drive D has Win XP inatalled. She is unable to figure out how to transfer
files from Drive C to drive D using the transfer wizzard in system tools.
I told her that one problem is that she has no programs in Drive D (an XP
version of Office, etc), but even if she did, the wizzard doesn't seem to
offer a way to transfer the files from one drive to another.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you install xplorer2 (google for it - there is a free version ) ,
you can split the screen ( 2 views ) , have Cdrive on left & D drive
on the right , and vice-verce and drag and drop between the screens .
