If I understand your question properly (I will clarify what I understand) -
then the answer is "you cannot - easily".
Essentially I understand that you have a system setup with a C:\ drive and a
D:\ drive. You have, in the past, installed most applications (or just
some) to your D:\Program Files\ directory. You now wish to move these
installed applications to C:\Program Files and you want to know the most
efficient method to do this.
Unfortunately, as the registry entries for applications can be quite
extensive, it is MUCH simpler to uninstall the application in question and
reinstall it into the new path you wish it to have. This is NOT a
macintosh.
