Touch Controller and CF Hangs Win XPe

I am booting the Win XPe on Compact Flash.Whenever I try to access the CF
drive using CF the system hangs,but it works fine on Hard disk

hi, there could be a lot of reasons why your xpe hang:

1) Runtime partition size (you need to set the exact partition size in
MB if your CF is less than 5.0GB)
2) the total O.S. size vs RAM size, do you use a paging file?
3) Are you able to run pass FBA on the CF?
etc...
