When I start my pc there is a black screen with 3 options. I have tried all
of them. They are; start with safe mode, networking mode and last good
configurations. None of these have worked. I was on the pc when there was a
power outage and it cutoff for a minute. I tried to boot back up and it's
been messed up ever since. PLEASE HELP!!!

If you can't get in with safe mode then the best option is to try a repair
installation:

just before the computer reboots press F1 which should
give you option on where do you want to boot, hopefully
you will boot from the Maxtor which is your main
hardrive boot. or you can press F8 for a few more options
usually either boot normally or boot from the last known
configuration. or if that doesen't work then press the
F 10 key for either a system restore or to roll back
drivers or for a full system recovery.
