Top converting Downloader Trojan

along with my newest Windows update, I seem to have downloaded a Trojan

MS Virus (beta) does not get it out, neither does Norton or McAfee...Spybot
and Adaware found it and identified it as a trojan called Top Converting
Downloader...but they do not remove it permanently (it re-appears after
reboot, and is found under a different file name)

Can anyone help me get rid of this??

There is no 'MS Virus (beta)'. Are you referring to MS Windows AntiSpyware
beta?
