Tool Bar Superfluous Buttons

On my Outlook Tool Bar (with File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Actions, and
Help), 15 additional nonfunctional buttons have somehow added themselves.
They all say "Quickbooks". They don't do anything. They are just there.
How can I get rid of them? I'm using Outlook 2000.

You can either reset the toolbar (views, toolbars, customize) or delete the
outcmd.dat file. paste this line into the window's explorer Address bar to
open the folder where it is.
%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
