Hello,
I have a server that sets the time for all machines
logging into it. Recently I've seen some problems with
this and some Windows XP Professional machines.
When I try to logon to the server the message I get
is "The time on the client and the server are different.."
windows cannot log you on etc.
Has anybody ever come across a fix to this? I've tried
the Microsoft article 307897 but that doesn't seem to fix
it.
I have had one other instance of this where a user
installed a program that synced with an atomic clock and
when the program was removed it fixed it; however, this
computer has no programs installed that try to sync with
another external source.
