TIFF Files displays extra info depending which app opens it.

I have a TIFF drawing which includes a table.

If I open the drawing in Windows Picture & Fax Viewer I get a couple of extra lines of text in the picture that don't appear if i open the file in Office Document Imaging or Office Picture Manager or Paint.

Why is this?
