Usually the best place is at the mfg web site for specific model info.
You can also open the case,the board mfg should be printed on the board,
for system info.,go to run,type:Msinfo32 or open system properties,device mgr.

Go to Dell's web site.
Specifically here:
https://support.dell.com/productselection.aspx

Type in your Service Tag number (If you don't know it, the web page has a
link to help you find it.)
Click on "Go".
Click on "Downloads" from the left side menu or "right-center" menu.
Make your selection there.

You can also get more information on your system there.. Like its original
shipped configuration, warranty, etc.

did that, and now i get a "stop: 0x0000007B" error code

i'll do some more searching on this, but any help would be appreciated
