Outlook freezes when opening a message and I also get this message when i try
to open a web link in outlook 2003
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer." contact your administrator.
I us IE and Vista Home Premium

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).

Hi Diane.
Ive done that, and reset defaults but still get the same message and cannot
open web links in outlook2003. I have IE 8.would this make any difference.
