The RPC server is unavailable"

i just got a new printer and i brand new its a Epsom
Stylus i install everything but when windows trys to
install it its says that there was an error "The RPC
server is unavailable"

Anyone know what to do please help i ned this printer
for my college work

Try this:
Navigate to the Start Run slot and type
net start spooler

press enter. Next, try installing the printer.

If no joy, navigate to the Start Run slot and type
net start rpcss

and press enter. Try again to install the printer.

If still no joy, check the article referenced below and see if it
applies.
