The reminder box is not opening

The boss' reminder box will not open automatically. When I go to open the
reminders - View Reminders Window from the View tab - it shows zero
reminders. He is an attorney and there should be around 200 reminders
floating around at any given time. Is there a way to restore the reminders or
is there an option that has been replaced by an upgrade or something?

Have him try starting Outlook once with the /cleanreminders command switch.
Start>Run>outlook.exe /cleanreminders
Be sure to include the space.
