Windows XP The Program That Wont Go Away

Hi I was browsing the web the about two days ago
when a window popped up about security and now
will not go away. I located the file but it will not
delete. It says but in disc or close program.
I didn't order this or have a disc. Every few minutes
this keeps popping up and won't stop. I am running
windows xp home editon. Someone please help!!

Restart your computer in Safe Mode and run each one after the other...Hopefully that will sort your problem out....
