I am having increased issues when accepting
calendar updates from another user, who is the "owner" of the calendar
postings. When I go to accept the calendar update, I get the message
"the function cannot be performed because the message has been changed."
The only way to accept the update is to close out of Outlook, re-open
Outlook, and then the action of accepting the calendar update works.
Very frustrating and mystifying. Any ideas on a fix?

I am using Outlook 2003 SP3 & MS Exchange 2007

do you have all the updates installed? There is a hotfix -
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/920061 - but I thought it was included in
sp3.
