The file 'ntESB.SYS' on ESB is needed

I am upgrading from Windows XP home edition to Windows xp
Professional.

Some way into the setup process (it has stuck
while 'installing devices') I get the message:

The file 'ntESB.SYS' on ESB is needed

What do I do?

I think I have found the answer.
I just pressed cancel and set up is continuing.
I think ESB = Easy Start Button in Star Office.
