Textbox Overlapping

Hi,

I have a problem that dynamically textboxes are created by a code and now those boxes are overlapped and i need some ideas on how to avoid them.

1. Identify which textboxes are overlapping.
2. Decide which boxes have to be moved once they are overlapping3. How to move
3. How to move them?
