Can I delete hundreds of overlapping text boxes? Excel multiplied

Over a year of resaving a file, Excel seems to have overlapped my text boxes
hundreds of times. Causing the file to swell in size. How can I prevent
this, or how can I delete all of these overlapping text boxes at the same
time.

I figured this out from another post.

the solution is --- F5, special, objects, ok.

You can delete thousands of text boxes from the entire page in just 2
seconds!!

F5, Special, Objects, OK
