Terminal Services not working

I installed TS on a DC a few months ago and at first it
worked fine. Then all of a sudden it stopped working.

I have uninstalled and resintalled TS and it still will
not work.

The only error I have now that TS is uninstalled is the
following, (but I can't find anything on the KBase):

Event ID 47

WMI ADAP was unable to retrieve data from the PerfLib
subkey:
SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TermService\Performance\
Library, error code: 0x80041009

Any ideas what is wrong and how I can get TS working
again?
