TS Not Working

I installed TS in Admin Mode on a DC a few months ago and
at first it worked fine. Then all of a sudden it stopped
working.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled TS and it still will
not work.

The only error I have now that TS is uninstalled is the
following, (but I can't find anything on the KBase):

Event ID 47

WMI ADAP was unable to retrieve data from the PerfLib
subkey:
SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TermService\Performance\
Library, error code: 0x80041009

Any ideas what is wrong and how I can get TS working
again?

I would delete the registry key mentioned there and then try to
reinstall TS again.
What error messages do you get when you try to connect? Anything in
the EventLog after re-installing TS?
