temp files error message during installs

I have been trying the past few days to install a game for my son, we keep
getting the following messages, as each time we try a different temp file
name is there, as if it is going temp file to temp file, trying then giving
us the error message:


"_is5.temp file suffered a problem and will have to close.."

I have run %temp% to no avail, and done the clean disk routine as well, what
gives?

I would be leery on any file named _is5.temp that actually tries to run.
Any file with a tmp or temp extension has no business running and is
probably some sort of malware.

Update your antivirus software and run a full system scan.

Update whatever anti-spyware applications that you have and run a full
system scan with each one.
