temp message error

out of the blue, while trying to setup a game for my son, a Windows error
message came out...

" _is5.tmp suffered an error and has to close..."

and this goes on and on, changing the temp file id only slightly.....but
what gives? I cleaned out all temp files and even ran %temp% without
success....anyone have an idea? Its as if the temp folders are all corrupted
or somehting to that effect

Perhaps the game requires certain permissions to write to that
directory? This could happen if your son's account is Limited and the
game is older and/or poorly coded. Check with the game mftr.'s tech
support.
