Taskbar buttons absent from taskbar!

Given that other then hosting the start button, system tray and clock,
hosting the buttons for all the applications you have open (especialy the
minimised ones) is more or less the primary purpose of the task bar I would
never of imagined it was possible to somehow accednetly remove that
functionality from it.

No program I open will show up on the task bar regardless of it's state.
When minimised it's just gone from the user interface while it runs in the
background. You can Alt Tab to get it to come back up but it has no pressence
on the taskbar. Everything else on the taskbar functions as normal with one
exception, if you close all the toolbars on the taskbar (quicklaunch,
langauge toolbar etc.) the taskbar disappears entirely. If it's unlocked its
blue bar to resize it is still present at the bottom of the screen but it
can't be used to resize it. Pressing the windows key still brings up the
start menu but not the task bar.

Anyway I've dragged every tollbar around in it, draged it around and checked
and unchecked every option in it's properties menu to no avail. So does
anyone have any ideas as to how I can get my application buttons in the task
bar to come back?

Did you try this one :
1-Right click on the taskbar(if the taskbar is invisible go down by the
mouse till to the end ,it will showw up )
2-Go to porperties down click on it
3-It come to you a windows with Taskbar&Start Menu Properties on top
4-Go to the box of Taskbar apperance , remove the mark & leave it blank
5-Press apply then Ok
6-I hope it work out

Sorry the box you have to remove the mark from it is :Auto-hide Taskbar
