Task Scheduler Error 0x8007007a (data area too small)

I am trying to set up a scheduled task. First I had no
user password and I read somewhere that Scheduler
requires a password. So now I have a password. When I
create a task and enter user account information, I get
the following error:

0x8007007a: The data area passed to a system call is too
small

How can I get passed this so my scheduled tasks will run?

I have the same problem and get the same error message. I
posted this a few days ago and did not get any response
to my post. I hope you can get an answer as it might help
me as well. I wish I could help you out, but I can't.
