Task LIst Person

I am an administrative assistant for a small company and I would like to use
the task list for the estimator, general managers (2) , accountant, shop
supervisor, and bookkeeper.

The question that I have is:

On the task list can I creat new tasks for individual people?

Like lets say Tim has to something to do (like order gloves next thrusday)
and Phil has to prepare year-end papers for the accountant.

Also can I have them colour coded?

You can send (assign) task requests to other users.
Automatic Formatting will highlight the tasks in different colors based on
whatever criteria you use.
