Prioritize task list

I'm looking for a way to prioritize my tasks list (ie, something similar to
Franklin Covey). I added a new column, Schedule+Prioritize, in the Task pad;
however, I could not see the Schedule+Prioritize field when double-clicking
the task. In addition, this field did not synchronize with my PDA (Windows
Mobile).

To have the field visible on the opened task, you have to modify the task
form (open a task, click Tools/Formular/Edit this Form).

If your PDA's sync software doesn't sync user-defined fields then that's it.
You might consider to use another field (e.g. MileAge, Company, Categories)
that gets synchronized.
