Tablet Edition and hardware

I have had real problems finding an external CD-RW which
runs with XP tablet edition. None of the Freecom models
seem to work. I am now using an Archos Cesar which is
fine.

I cannot get my Olympus DS-330 digital voice recorder to
work on XP Tablet Edition and Olympus say they don't
support it. Anyone know of a work-round?

best wishes

With regard to the Olympus, unless/until they have a driver that works under
Tablet Edition, you're probably out of luck....

Try the Tablet PC group - microsoft.public.windows.tabletpc

As far as support of things like that goes, though, the system on a
Tablet is regular XP Pro with the tablet extras, so I would expect it to
work using the standard method for XP Pro. Try Olympus saying that that
is what you are running.
