System Restore problem?

I hope you will be able to give some direction to my
problem with XP pro.
Here is what I am having after using system restore,
computer froze and I had to do could reboot, since the
computer back on system restore it is not working.
Massage I get is " The procedure entry point Remote
Assistance prepare system restore could not be located in
the dynamic link library WINSTA.DLL " . Which registry
and how, I can fix this problem?

Entry Point Not Found:
The procedure entry point RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be
located in the Dynamic Link Library winsta.dll
Do a search for the sr.inf file which is normally located in C:\windows. Make
sure you search hidden files in your search criteria.
Right-click on the sr.inf file and select the install option.
