System halts

Hi everyone.

My computer keeps getting halted every 10 minutes or so
(including the mouse and HD), even in safe mode. Is there
a fix? Do I need to reinstall windows, or is it a
hardware problem?

Hi,

Hard to tell if it's a hardware problem until you eliminate possible
software causes, video drivers are the most suspect. See:
