cant get past safe mode

hi every time my computer loads it gets to the safe mode screen and when
ever i click on run safe mode or last reconfiguration it keeps
restarting ive tried all i know and im stumped

when you next boot
into safemode, open
the msconfig by clicking
on start>run>msconfig

then go to the boot
ini tab and be sure
the safemode option
is unchecked.

also, you can click
on check boot paths
while you are add it.

then try the system
again.

if you still get the
same problem, then
you can fix it via a
windows setup cd with
a couple of commands.
