System explorers screen

[RJ]

I don't see any system explorers when I select system
explorers. The left pain is blank.

1. Close down MSAS.
2. Open a command prompt window, and type the command:

regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll

3. Restart Windows.
4. Launch MSAS and all should be well.

Hmm - How did you reinstall--just re-do the install over the current
version?

And, I take it, after that reinstall it still fails?

I'm not really sure what happened but I uninstalled spy
bot then reinstalled MSAS and now it works. Thanks for
your help.

You're welcome! There may be a real-time protection feature of Spybot
Search & Control which I am not familiar with--that may have interfered
here.
