System explorers not available

Advanced Tools->System Explorers won't display on my
desktop at Win XP SP2. Laptop at same level has explorers
and they are very useful tools. Have uninstalled and
downloaded latest version of spyware but still no luck.
Anyone have ideas on how to get them displayed?

All help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I have the same problem---no System Explorers displaying-
--must be a problem at Microsoft end. I, too, have
removed the program and reinstalled it---no luck.

Have you tried installing in a non default location such as c:\msas?

Thanks for the idea, I uninstalled and re-installed to a
different location (C:\Microsoft Spyware\) and still no
luck. My laptop shows the explorers so I will try to
comapre everything I can think of and update the group if
I find a solution. In the meantime if anyone has any more
ideas, they are greatly appreciated.

Thanks
