Advanced Tools System Explorers

Bill

I can't see any System Explorers in the advanced menu
area. When I click on advanced tools and then click on
system explorers there are no explorers listed there at
all. Also if I go to the real time protection area and
then click on the view all events link it goes to another
screen but nothing shows in the main window there. Also
when the mouse pointer is hovered anywhere in that window
the hourglass always shows as if it's trying continuously
to do something. This is directly related to the system
explorers problem above also. Meaning if I could see the
explorers then this section would also work. I am not
getting any benefit from this area of the program at all
including monitoring program installs and so on. The rest
of the program works perfectly and it found no spyware on
my system. I have windows XP home completely updated and
never had any other problems before. Gateway top of the
line Pentium four with 768 Megs of Ram and lots of hard
disk space. Can anybody help here? Thanks! Bill :)

Did you restart in Safe Mode and see if they appear. Also, uninstall
reinstall the application and see if that helps. Also give this a try:
a.. Open up control panel and double-click on add/remove programs.
Select Microsoft AntiSpyware
Select "Change"
On the Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard, click next.
On the next screen (Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard) select Update
Microsoft AntiSpyware and click next.
Select Install
Let the product update.
Click Finish.

Me neither.. They used to be there.. then I upgraded
Norton Internet Security 2003 to Norton Personal Firewall
2005/Norton SystemWorks 2005.. gone. Do you have Norton
apps installed too?
