System Error. Code: 1400. Invalid Window Handle.

Almost every time I click on an item that opens a new
window I am getting an error message that says "System
Error. Code: 1400. Invalid Window Handle." The only
option it give me is OK and then it continues and opens
the new window.

It is driving me crazy and this error message even comes
up everytime a pop up opens. I have a pop up blocker but
I have to click OK on the error message before it will
block it. I have tried reinstalling and downloading
service pack etc. but nothing helps.

Please help. I am ready to destroy my computer.
