Help!!! What is invalid Error code 1400 invalid window handle

What is the code 1400 invalid window handle. I can't surf
the internet without this error popping up, everytime i
visit a new page. After trying to close it the window, it
will pop up again it usually happens about 15 times
before i can read the page. My computer will also lock up
about every third time the error happens causing me to
restart any way i can. Please Help, how can i fix this

That's an "Invalid Window Handle" error - but that won't help you much.

Does this ONLY happy in your browser, and not in any other window such as a
My Computer or Windows Explorer window? If so, I suggest you start by
scanning your system for parasites - they're responsible for about 90% of
all browser issues such as this other than where there is an actual screwed
up program (damaged file, bad install, etc.). Follow these seven steps and
