"System Administrator" & "Undeliverable"

I have been getting a message like this about every 5-10 emails I am sending
out. Any ideas why & how to fix???

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: RE: New Image & Logo
Sent: 9/29/2004 7:46 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 9/29/2004 7:46 AM
550 #5.1.0 Address rejected.

Is the address in the error one that you recognize? i.e., did you attempt
to send a message titled "RE: New Image & Logo" to that address?
