How about you send this message to your Systems Administrator and ask them
what it means.

I am using SBC Yahoo as my ISP. About a month or so ago I started having
trouble receiving e-mails through Office 2003. I keep getting all sorts of
error messages.Every once and a while it does work. I can get my mail if I go
onto the SBC Yahoo website. I have tried hundreds of different ways to set it
up but with no success.
I am also have an e-mail account with my website. I am trying to get this
mail through Office with no success.
Does anyone have any ideas?
