syncronizing email amongst 2 computers

I have an ipaq 1945 and I synchronize Outlook amongst 3 PC's using a software
called syncmanager (since activesync only allows 2 PC's). My email is set up
on 1 PC only since activesync won't allow me to sync this item with the other
PC's. When I'm on the road it would be nice to review my emails purge old
messages. Is there any way to do this without using exchange server?
